with the great blue sky
and the bright white moon
i stare into his eyes
saying to him his life will end soon
he says hes not afraid
but i can see it in his eyes
i gave him a goodbye wave
and then a shot to the head he dies
while i lay with him in bed
i stare into his emty soul
with blood flowing out his head
i think to myself no one will ever know
